With a focus on the developing and emerging choreographer, For Dance Inc provides services,  opportunities and guidance for choreographers at all stages of their careers.

 

 

What We Offer

Performance Opportunities:

· Showcase opportunities throughout the NYC Metro (Showcase Opportunities)

· International Dance Festival-NYC (www.InternationalDanceFestival.org)

· National and International Exchange Opportunities

 

Consultation Services:

One-on-one consultations on a variety of topics including short and long range planning, press kits, videos, promotional materials, show development, self-producing, budgeting, and more.

 

Workshops:

Fee based workshops presented throughout the year covering a wide range of topics of interest to dance companies and dance artists.

 

Production Services:

· From concept through performance, our staff helps you every step of the way.

· Show development, venue location scouting, contract negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, production management, technical staffing, and post-performance wrap-up.

· New works/new show development

· Receptions, fundraisers, and other dance related events.

 

Management Services:

· No-Strings Representation and Showcases at the Association of Performing Arts Presenters Conference

· Ongoing representation and management for dance companies.

· Assistance with tour booking, planning, budgeting, and promotion.

 

Fiscal Sponsorship:

For Dance Inc. acts as a fiscal conduit to enable companies and artists to apply for grants and funding that are normally restricted to 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organizations.

 

SeeDANCE:

· Free and reduced-priced tickets to For Dance events. 

· Pre-performance  Master Classes also available.
